How the dance went

On Friday, I had so much fun. All my friends came from other classes and I had so much fun. When I was in the hat shift, absolutely nobody came. No one wanted to make a hat who ever didn't come to the hat making party. I geuss that we painted the extra hats for nothing. Well, anyways I had fun making the hats in the class. When we were doing the dance, I was so nervous when I was on the stage well when I started dancing I calmed down and I wasn't nervous anymore. After the class dance, I had so much fun dancing with Alina,Bayley,Maya and Felicia. I didn't feel embarresed like I always do. The 5th grade dance did show how I feel,and I really liked it. This was the best year of 5th grade. I loved the dance.

Central Idea

Well, the central idea has to connect to our theme of who we are,our Exhibition,and our class dance,culture,and how we express our self. This is the central idea that I made-
"What it means to be human is to have an event that shows how we feel and
what we like to do the most."

What is Exhibition all about?

I think Exhibition is about what it means to be children. I think this because
it shows what we do usually in our everyday life and what we do the most every day.
it shows what we do the most everyday. It shows us how we now who we are.
Also, the purpose of the dance is what we like and we did a dance because in it, it shows what we like the most about what happens in our life like family and culture.

Reflection on how my group is doing

What I accomplished in my group is painting the paper bag to a hat. On Monday I will paint a bag,make hats and cut out more clippings for people to express yourself in the dance. Everyday I will be doing the same thing well on Tuesday I am going to go to Mrs.Gilboa's class to see what they are doing for Exhibition; also we will have mentors working with us on Thursday or Friday. On Wednesday we will have fildday so we won't have time to do nothing anyway. Well maybe to make one hat.

My attitudes and profile

The attitude that I am is integrity and creativity. I am honest because I never tell a lie and in my religion I could not lie. I am creative because I am into crafts and I love being colorful.

The profile that I am is a risk-taker and caring. I am a risk-taker because I really like to do new things that are kind of new to me.I am caring because I never try to be rude anyways also when I be rude or mean I really feel bad in my self after I did that.

What group I am in

The group I am in is the hat group. The hat group is to make hats for fifth grade students.We cut out things out of magazines that poeple might like. We will have a stand on the dance and poeple will pick out the things that they like.I thi9nk my group is really creative to be in. I think lots of poeple will like it on the dance.

What are we doing in our class Exhibition

What our class is doing for Exhibition is that we will hoste a dance on May 14,2010. We will give hats to people. We also will do a book drive that will be donated to shelter. WE will make a traditional dance and funny videos.
This relates to the theme because it relates about communities and culture,physical health,and the nature of self.

Connections other People Have

Maya and I are connected because we both care and we cannot live with out our parents.
I also noticed that me and August because we like to get our homework done. Alina and I are connected because we both do not like having no friends.

I saw that lots of poeple are connected just like Olivia and Kevin because they do Taek-Won-DO. Also Amrith,Kevin,Sameer,and Phillip because they all do Kumon.
There are lots of other more poeple that are connected in our class, well I do not want to say anymore names.

Reflection on Essay

I learned allot about myself that I never notice that I do. By doing all this stuff, I really now who I am.When I read over my blog, I never new how healthy I was and how I do not eat allot of food. I noticed that my religion is really important to me. I will always try to stay more with my family because they are really important to me.

There are some people that I didn't now about like Alina because I never new that without friends she would be another person.I never Evan noticed that Felicia has allots of responsibilities.

Who I am

What makes me unique is to get revenge from my brothers and sister because I am not a rally patient with some people.I don't eat allot because I could trow up easily.I do not speak allot in front of people that I don't know. I speak in Portuguese with my grandma because when she comes to visit me,I have to say a different kind of language. I play tennis to keep me healthy.
My beliefs are to keep my secrets because I wouldn't let my friends down.I also think that
what ever people say they do they do it.My values or what do I think is important to me are my cousins,parents,and peace to my family because their in my heart.
My personal health or how I keep myself healthy is taking medicine ,sleeping,eating,taking showers to cool me down and play outside.
How I manage myself in school in school is is to try to be good and not to try to get in trouble well at home I'm different.At home I do my homework,play piano,go to tennis, and mostly fight with my siblings.
In my religion, I have 3 holidays,Ramadan,eid El-fitter,and eid El-Otha.On Ramadan we fast for 30 days and in the end of the day we eat. On eid El-fitter,we were the best clothes we have and go to prayer at the mosq.After that,we get money and presents from family members.Eid El-Otha is the same thing but after we are done,we go to the farm and Scarface a sheep or goat.
My Human relations with family,teachers, and friends is being nice because being mean to other people makes me feel bad so I try not to be mean to anyone.Also treating them how they want to be treated.I also don't like to be greedy because I think it is just rude.
My culture or tradition I do lots of things.On birthdays all of our family meets together and have a little party.On Saturdays, we go to eat at a restaurant for dinner or lunch.
My rights and who I can not live without is my father because he really cares about us and he would never let me go. My mom because she stays with me everyday.My rights is to be honest and respect who I am.
My responsibilitys is to do my homework,work hard on nevery subject and to be athletice.
What I think being human means is to have a life,search the world and be athletic.

Physical,Mental,Social,and Spiritual Health

How I keep myself physically healthy is to go ride my bike, take showers to cool me down, and eat right because I can feel better.That is how I keep myself physically healthy.

How I keep myself mentally healthy is to go play outside with my dad because their is no noise by us.That is how I keep myself mentally healthy.

How I keep myself socially healthy is to be active everyday.

How I keep myself spiritual healthy well actully nothing.

The attitude I am

The attitude I do is being integrity.I like being honest and try not to lie because it gets me no were just trouble.
An attitude that I think I don't show everyday is being curiosity. I'm not always curios because I don't really wan't to know why.

How I feel about Exhibition

In Exhibition this year, I think it will be fun and a little hard. It will be fun because we have to do a big project and show of what we have done for the whole school. It will be a little hard because my group might not agree on many things. In addition, we might have some fights of what we are agree on. Anyway, my group will succeed in Exhibition.
